I'm proud to hold a Master’s Degree from NCL University; the highest certification offered by the Norwegian Cruise Line of Ph.D is just a few new bookings away (they don’t count bookings made before getting my Master’s towards the degree). This advanced certification allows me to provide insider knowledge about their ships and itineraries while securing excellent benefits for my clients. Similarly, my Commodore status with Princess Cruises represents countless hours of dedicated training and the highest level of expertise they offer.
As a Viking Certified Expert, I've completed their comprehensive four-module program, while my Gold Knot certification with Virgin Voyages represents their highest level of training. I've also achieved the prestigious Master of Adventure status with Royal Caribbean University and Diamond Graduate status in Carnival's Loyalty Rocks program.
